PBSerum Total Corrector is a product with the best hyaluronidase on the market, which eliminates the effects of improper administration or allergic reactions after the administration of hyaluronic acid-based fillers in the hydrolysis process. The process of complete disintegration and removal of hyaluronic acid from the body lasts up to 3 weeks, while the first effects are noticeable after just a few minutes. The enzyme can be used immediately after the administration of hyaluronic acid or at another time, even after several months from the procedure with the filler. As a result of the administration of hyaluronidase, the excess acid is hydrolyzed, the skin at the site of administration becomes smooth, and swelling is significantly reduced.

Application:

Complete removal of hyaluronic acid in the case of:

• incorrectly selected filler or its displacement,
• allergic reaction to the HA preparation,
• too much filler introduced,
• visible lumps resulting from too shallow administration of the filler,
• occurrence of swelling caused by improper convalescence on the part of the patient.

Composition:

Hyaluronidase 25 µkat – a component that dissolves hyaluronic acid of natural origin, as well as that used in fillers; metabolized and excreted from the body after a week of use.

How to use:

The preparation should be dissolved in 1 ml of physiological saline, and then, using a thin needle, precisely introduced into the lump or swollen area. Massage the place of application of the product thoroughly to distribute the agent.

PBSerum has two types of hyaluronidase, used depending on the amount of hyaluronic acid that we want to remove:

• Partial Corrector – for partial elimination of hyaluronic acid-based fillers
• Total Corrector – for complete elimination of hyaluronic acid-based fillers

The difference between these two products is that the “Total” corrector contains 25µkat, and the “Partial” corrector contains 2µkat.

Katal is a unit measuring and defining the catalytic activity of enzymes and other catalysts in the international system of units.

The Total corrector has a higher catalytic activity than the Partial corrector, which is why it is used to completely remove the HA filler from places where serious complications have occurred, such as ischemia/pressure of vessels or injection of the filler into arteries (immediate tissue necrosis).
