Ellansé M is an innovative tissue biostimulator designed to stimulate the skin’s natural collagen production. The product is composed of 70% carboxymethylcellulose, responsible for the immediate filling effect, and 30% polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres – a medical polymer with a high safety profile. The smooth PCL particles, measuring over 20 µm, become encapsulated within the tissue, creating a scaffold for type I collagen fibers. As a result, the skin gains density, elasticity, and a rejuvenated appearance.

Immediately after the procedure, a visible filling effect can be observed, while in the following months collagen biostimulation gradually increases, making the results more natural and long-lasting. The product fully integrates with the extracellular matrix, making it undetectable under the skin and allowing facial expressions to remain unaffected. Ellansé is safe, completely biodegradable, and does not cause allergic reactions or granulomas.

Depending on the product variant, results last between 12 and 48 months:

• Ellansé™ S – approx. 1 year
• Ellansé™ M – approx. 2 years
• Ellansé™ L – approx. 3 years
• Ellansé™ E – approx. 4 years

Composition:

• Polycaprolactone (PCL) – fully bioresorbable medical polymer
• Carboxymethylcellulose (USP) – carrier for PCL

Administration:
The product is administered subcutaneously in areas requiring correction, most commonly with a 27G x 20 mm needle. The recommended technique is linear threading while withdrawing the needle.
