MCCOSMETICS Prof. Lactic 45% Acid Pack is an acid from the group of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA), obtained during the natural process of fermentation of sugars with the participation of lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus. It has a keratoregulating effect, stimulates exfoliation and cell renewal of the epidermis. It causes loosening of the connections between the cells of the stratum corneum and the intercellular cement, which leads to cell exfoliation. Additionally, due to loosening of the entire structure, the acid facilitates the penetration of active substances and increases the amount of water in the epidermis. In the dermis, it causes an increase in the synthesis of mucopolysaccharide acids, elastic fibers and collagen density. Eliminates disorders in the skin’s microcirculation. It causes a metabolic effect – it strengthens the intercellular transformation.
Indications for the use of lactic acid:
